Partner programme terms
Joining
- Anyone can apply. Every application is reviewed and PepSource may approve or decline it at its discretion.
- You must be 18 or over and give accurate details. One partner account per person or business.
How orders are credited to you
- An order is credited to you when the customer arrives through your referral link and orders within 60 days, or uses your personal discount code.
- If a customer used more than one partner's link, the most recent link counts. A referral link takes priority over a discount code.
- You can't earn on your own orders, or on orders placed for you or by your household.
Commission
- Commission is a percentage of the products in an order - postage, delivery protection and gift cards are not included.
- It is earned when the order is paid, not when it is placed.
- If an order is cancelled or fully refunded, its commission is reversed. Commission already paid out may be deducted from future earnings.
Payouts
- You can request a payout once £20.00 is available.
- Payouts are made by bank transfer, PayPal, PepSource store credit; store credit payouts include a 10% bonus.
- You're responsible for your payout details being correct, and for any tax due on what you earn.
Resellers
- Reseller pricing is for buying stock to sell on. You set your own resale prices.
- Don't present yourself as PepSource or as an official PepSource outlet.
How you promote PepSource
- Be honest. Don't make health, medical or performance claims about any product - PepSource products are sold for research use only.
- No spam, no misleading or fake reviews, and no paid search ads on the PepSource name.
- Don't post your code on coupon or voucher sites unless we've agreed it with you.
- Make it clear you're a PepSource partner when you share your link.
Ending or changing the programme
- Either side can end the arrangement at any time. Commission earned on paid orders before then is still paid, unless it was earned by breaking these terms.
- PepSource may pause or close an account, and withhold commission, where there is fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms.
- These terms and the programme's rates may change; the current version is always on this page.
